LeaseCEO Inc. (“LeaseCEO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform at leaseceo.com and app.leaseceo.com (collectively, the “Platform”).

2. Information We Collect

Information you provide directly:

• Full name and email address
• Password (stored in encrypted form, we never see your actual password)
• Professional role (Broker, Tenant, Landlord)
• Licensed state(s) for real estate brokers
• Brokerage name and license number where applicable
• Organization name for Business/Enterprise accounts
• Lease documents you upload in PDF format
• Data extracted from your lease documents including property addresses, rent amounts, dates, and party information
• Notes and tags you add manually

Information collected automatically:

• IP address and general location
• Browser type and device information
• Pages viewed and features used within the Platform
• Date and time of access
• Cookies and similar tracking technologies

Information from third parties:

• Payment information processed by Stripe. LeaseCEO does not store your credit card number.
• Email delivery data from Resend

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform
• Process and manage your lease documents
• Send automated notifications and alerts related to your leases including renewal reminders and expiration notices
• Process payments through Stripe
• Respond to your questions and support requests
• Improve and develop new features for the Platform
• Comply with legal obligations
• Protect the security and integrity of the Platform

We do not use your information for advertising purposes. LeaseCEO does not display advertisements and does not share your data with advertisers.

4. How We Share Your Information

With other platform users, only at your direction:
When you use the Connect a Party feature to share a lease with another user, that user will have access to the lease document and its extracted data. You control who you share with. Once shared, that party retains access to the shared document even if you cancel your account.

With service providers:
We share data with trusted third party service providers who help us operate the Platform:

These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data and may only use it to provide services to LeaseCEO.

Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect the rights, property, or safety of LeaseCEO, our users, or the public.

Business transfers: If LeaseCEO is acquired, merged, or sold, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will notify you before your data is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

We do not sell your data. LeaseCEO does not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to third parties for their own marketing or commercial purposes.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on dedicated private servers located in the United States. LeaseCEO does not use shared public cloud infrastructure.

We implement the following security measures to protect your information:

• Dedicated private server infrastructure at a secure US data center
• 🔒 Zero Trust Security Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA), all access to platform infrastructure requires verified authentication
• SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted to and from the Platform
• Two-factor authentication available for all users
• Role-based access controls, users only see data they are authorized to access
• Encrypted credential storage
• Active security monitoring

While we implement these measures, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security but we are committed to protecting your data using industry-standard practices.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Platform.

Upon account cancellation:

• Your profile and account data will be retained for thirty (30) days before permanent deletion
• Lease documents you uploaded that were never shared will be permanently deleted
• Lease documents you shared with other parties will remain accessible to those parties regardless of your account status

Regardless of where you live in the United States, you have the following rights:

Right to Know
You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.

Right to Delete
You may request deletion of your personal information. Requests can be made through Settings > Cancel Account or by contacting . Note that certain information may be retained as required by law or to complete transactions.

Right to Correct
You may update or correct your personal information at any time through your account Settings.

Right to Opt Out of Sale
LeaseCEO does not sell your personal information. There is nothing to opt out of.

Right to Non-Discrimination

LeaseCEO is operated from the United States. If you access the Platform from outside the United States your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Platform you consent to this transfer.
